Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (LBHS) is seeking full-time Clinical Therapists to join our compassionate and collaborative team in Central Ohio. This role supports individuals experiencing substance use and mental health challenges through a person-centered, strength-based, and culturally sensitive approach. The position is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a supportive, team-focused work environment where you can make a meaningful impact in clients' recovery. New and entry-level counselors are encouraged to apply.

Shifts & Schedule

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Shift: Day shift
• Employment: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients with addiction and mental health needs
• Conduct case management and coordinate care services
• Perform crisis intervention when necessary
• Create and update treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Make referrals to appropriate community resources
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Engage in collaborative teamwork to support client recovery goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, or equivalent experience
• Active Ohio license such as LCDC II, LCDC III, LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LICDC, or related qualifying credential
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and insurance
• Successful completion of background check/BCI, compliance, and employment drug screening

Pay and Benefits

• $50K–$83.5K annual salary , based on licensure and experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Monday–Friday schedule;  no weekends
• Full-time position
