Clinical Therapist – Columbus, Ohio

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Salary:  $50,000–$83,500 annually , based on licensure, credentials, and experience
Openings: 6 positions across Central Ohio

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate  Clinical Therapists to provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. Therapists will provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, treatment planning, and clinical documentation while collaborating with clients, families, and community providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Active Ohio license/credential: LCDC II, LCDC III, LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LICDC, or LICDC-CS
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License and proof of insurance
• Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Compensation

• LCDC II/III: $50,000–$57,500
• Bachelor’s LSW: $60,000–$67,500
• LPC/Master’s LSW/LICDC/LICDC-CS: $65,000–$72,500
• LISW/LPCC: $70,000–$80,000
• LPCC-S/LISW-S: $75,000–$83,500
