You will report to the Marketing Manager and work in direct partnership with the Aktie Now AMER/EMEA Managing Director. What you'll do Strategy & Results Execute the marketing strategy for AMER and EMEA, contributing directly to the growth and revenue goals of our business units in these markets. Define and track marketing performance indicators, such as lead volume, conversion rates and pipeline contribution, and propose adjustments whenever needed. Prepare analyses, executive reports and management presentations that support leadership decision-making. Events, Partnerships & Communication Plan and execute Aktie Now's participation in international events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars and proprietary events. You will own logistics, materials and sales follow-up. Plan and run co-marketing initiatives with Zendesk, such as joint events, communication with Zendesk Account Executives (AEs) and co-branded campaigns. Activate the partner channel as a source of pipeline. Produce and adapt communications for international markets in English (and Spanish, when applicable). This includes email marketing, LinkedIn, website content, corporate presentations and case studies. Adapt corporate campaigns and materials to each market's reality, monitor results and propose continuous improvements. Lead Database & Campaigns Build, enrich and maintain the international lead database, ensuring data quality, proper segmentation and integration with the sales team. Run lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns, as well as targeted sales initiatives to increase engagement and business opportunities. Processes & Tools Develop, document and improve international marketing processes and workflows, from campaign requests to lead handoff to sales. Manage and evolve marketing tools, the CRM and performance dashboards. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the experience of internal and external customers. Cross-functional Collaboration Act as the main point of contact between the Brazil Marketing team and the sales leaders in AMER and EMEA, ensuring alignment on brand, messaging and priorities. Lead regular meetings with sales teams to review performance, opportunities, challenges and action plans. Prepare and deliver training for sales teams on positioning, offerings and sales enablement materials, including onboarding new sales professionals in these markets. What we're looking for Must be a resident of the United States and allowed to legally work in the USA. Someone dynamic, full of energy and commitment to join a growing organization and drive results through ownership Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales Management or related fields. More 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, consulting or professional services. Fluent English, both written and spoken, for daily use with clients, partners and event venues. Advanced Portuguese for internal communication Experience with corporate events and lead database management. Experience with marketing KPIs and sales processes. Experience in cross-functional projects and working with teams in other countries. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, AI and BI tools. Strong analytical skills, organization, autonomy and a results-driven mindset. Nice to have Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
