Vice President of Food & BeverageCharlestowne Hotels is seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Food & Beverage to lead the company's growing portfolio of restaurants, bars, and culinary operations across our independent and branded properties. This role will drive the innovation, financial performance, and guest experience within our F&B programs, ensuring alignment with our commitment to exceptional hospitality, creative storytelling, and revenue optimization.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a company-wide F&B strategy, ensuring alignment with Charlestowne Hotels' brand values and revenue goals.Oversee all aspects of F&B operations, including concept development, menu engineering, vendor partnerships, and service execution.Establish and uphold standards for food quality, service, presentation, and operational efficiency across all properties.Drive financial performance by optimizing revenue generation, cost controls, labor management, and overall profitability.Implement best-in-class training programs to ensure consistency in service standards, culinary execution, and leadership development.Lead, mentor, and develop corporate and property-level F&B teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.Partner with marketing teams to develop compelling F&B storytelling, leveraging digital marketing, PR, and social media to drive demand.Champion sustainable and ethical sourcing practices, incorporating local, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients where possible.Stay ahead of industry trends, including evolving consumer behaviors, food technology, and wellness-driven dining.Identify and execute new revenue opportunities, such as catering, private dining, and retail.Work closely with ownership groups, asset managers, and property teams to align F&B strategies with business objectives.Ensure that all F&B outlets deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect each property's unique identity and market positioning.Qualifications:Proven experience as a VP of Food & Beverage or similar leadership role, ideally in a multi-property hotel or hospitality context.Strong knowledge of F&B systems, databases, and financial reporting tools.Ability to architect strategy and lead teams effectively at all levels of the organization.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong computational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in budget analysis and forecasting.Extensive expertise in menu development, marketing strategies, cost control, and labor management.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards of quality and service.Thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes, and proper preparation techniques.Experience in staff supervision and development, ensuring team goals are met efficiently.Ability to handle internal and external customer interactions with patience, tact, and diplomacy.Proficiency in creating recipes, recipe cards, descriptions, and visual materials for consistency and training.Strong focus on team development and continued education for corporate and property-level F&B leaders.We Offer:Charlestowne Hotels offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
