Salesforce Architect/Tech Lead
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract US Citizens, GC holders preferred, NO third party corp to corp accepted for this job
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Architect/Tech Lead with a strong banking domain background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions while leading technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with banking industry needs.
- Provide hands-on development using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce tools.
- Integrate Salesforce with core banking systems and third-party APIs.
- Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define technical requirements.
- Lead and mentor developers in an Agile environment
