Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-3:30 PM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Job Overview The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Receive, review, and process customer and warehouse orders. Accurately enter orders into the production and order management system. Follow up on orders and provide customers with delivery and status updates. Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns professionally. Prepare shipping documents and related paperwork. Provide pricing information using company price guides. Issue customer credits when necessary. Communicate with customers through phone, email, and other channels. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal departments. Communicate order status, delivery schedules, pricing, and product information clearly. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, administrative, order entry, or client-facing experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write clear, professional emails with strong grammar and spelling. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable communicating with different customers and personalities. Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including experience with email and Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM, ERP, or order-entry systems preferred. MFG/Pro experience is a plus. Ability to learn company products, processes, and order-entry procedures.
