HR Generalist

Responsibilities Kforce's client, a well‑established, mission‑driven organization located in Raynham, MA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support talent acquisition, onboarding, employee administration, and HR compliance initiatives. Manage full‑cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, sourcing, applicant screening, interviewing, reference checks, and candidate communication Develop new recruiting pipelines through social media, networking, schools, community partnerships, and recruiting events Coordinate and attend job fairs and hiring events to attract qualified talent Administer pre‑employment screenings, background checks, and credential verification processes Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs while ensuring compliance with required documentation Maintain employee records and support HR compliance initiatives, including I‑9 and E‑Verify requirements Generate recruiting metrics and reports through HRIS platforms Process employee status changes, transfers, schedule updates, and separations Support workforce scheduling and staffing vacancy tracking Assist with employment verifications, record management, special projects, and general HR administrative functions Provide cross‑functional administrative support as needed Requirements High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience Strong organizational, communication, and customer service abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel Experience working with HRIS systems; ADP experience is a plus Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion Compensation & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
