Activation & Onboarding Manager
Ramp
Ramp is seeking an experienced Customer Success professional to enhance the onboarding, activation, and growth of our self-service customers. As part of a focused team, you will directly manage both micro-SMB and SMB accounts, ensuring clients are onboarded efficiently.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in sales or customer success in a B2B context and is skilled in project and time management. The role is pivotal in optimizing our customer satisfaction rates.
