Hospital Discharge Liaison: Equipment Setup & Education
RadNet, Inc.
RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Liaison in West Chatsworth, California, to facilitate patient discharge by delivering and setting up O2 portability and other DME items. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and knowledge of Medicare coverage guidelines. Responsibilities include daily equipment stocking, coordinating with case managers, and completing necessary documentation for services.
