If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Workforce Management -UKG to join our Advisory Services practice.Responsibilities:Led end-to-end workstreams for UKG Workforce Management implementations across UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions, including timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and workforce optimizationOwned delivery planning and execution, including development of project plans, RAID logs, governance cadence, and traceability to requirements, ensuring audit-ready documentation and successful outcomesEstablished and scaled project management standards for WFM delivery, including tools, reporting, and implementation best practices to improve consistency, quality, and complianceLed client-facing stakeholder engagement, including workshops, status reporting, issue escalation, and cross-functional coordination across payroll, HR, and technology teamsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum five years of recent relevant experience in UKG Consulting with prior Workforce Management experienceBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, information technology, or a related field is requiredProven expertise, including certifications, in one or more of the following UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) products and modules: UKG Pro: Proficient in modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Performance; UKG Ready: Knowledgeable in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Hiring, and HR; UKG Dimensions: experienced with advanced scheduling, workforce management, analytics, and mobile solutionsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel as neededMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
