Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to gather information effectively.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, identifying realistic goals and strategies to address their unique needs and issues.

• Provide individual therapy sessions focused on various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering connection and intimacy between partners.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client progress, ensuring adaptive responses to clients' changing circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous client records, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, providing emergency support and resources to clients experiencing acute distress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
