Overview Mattoon Rehab and Healthcare Center Are you a Dietary Cook seeking an exciting new career opportunity? This role involves preparing and serving meals according to the menu, monitoring methods of food handling, preparation, meal service, and equipment cleaning. You will provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents to maintain and enhance their overall health, and ensure quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
