An established law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join a growing and collaborative legal team in Red Bank, NJ . This is a strong opportunity for attorneys looking for autonomy, career growth, and meaningful case responsibility.

What You'll Do:

• Handle family law matters from inception through resolution, including divorce, custody, support, domestic violence, and post-judgment issues.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.

• Appear in court for hearings, motions, mediation, and negotiations.

• Independently manage a full caseload while working within a supportive team environment.
  

Looking For:

• 3+ years of New Jersey family law experience (10+ years or a portable book of business strongly preferred).

• Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish.

• Strong advocacy, negotiation, research, and writing skills.

• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.

• Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
