Patient Financial Advocate

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Financial Counselor to help patients secure financial coverage for hospital services. You will advocate for patients, work with social work and clinical teams, and guide them through Medicaid and Charity Care processes. You will interact with 20–30 patients per shift, counseling on eligibility, submitting applications, and collecting at point of service in a fast-paced hospital setting.
