Experienced Kitchen Dishwasher Team Member (Evening Shift)

Will be scheduled anytime between 5PM - 12AM (Monday through Saturday)

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking kitchen Maintenance Team Member to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily operations by ensuring all kitchen equipment, dishes, and work areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, kitchen surfaces, and workstations.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the shift.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated areas.
• Clean kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, ovens, and prep stations as assigned.
• Restock cleaning supplies and assist with organization of storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Support the team with closing and end of day cleaning tasks.
• Report maintenance, safety, or equipment concerns to management promptly.
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks and store deliveries
• Maintain a positive attitude and assist with additional cleaning duties as needed.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move for long periods
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as necessary.
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions when maintaining (heat/rain).
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform additional duties and maintenance tasks as assigned by leaders/management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience preferred
• Ability to work the scheduled shift between 5PM - 12AM, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant, janitorial, or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
