Your role as a Case Manager/Facilitator

As a new Full-Time or Part-Time Case Manager/Facilitator at Family Resources Inc., you can expect an engaging and dynamic daily routine that keeps you on your toes! Your typical week will revolve around a Monday through Friday schedule with non-traditional hours, providing flexibility to meet the needs of your clients. Each day, you'll conduct client assessments, conduct groups in community and school settings, and provide ongoing support to empower families in their journey.

Collaboration will be key, as you'll work alongside local agencies, schools, and community members to coordinate resources. Expect to participate in team meetings where innovative problem-solving takes center stage, allowing your voice to be heard.

What you need to be successful

To thrive as a Full-Time or Part-Time Case Manager/Facilitator at Family Resources Inc., you'll need a diverse skill set that combines compassion with practical expertise.
