Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

Translate marketing strategy and leadership vision into project plans, action items, timelines, and accountability Coordinate deliverables and dependencies across paid search, paid social, email/CRM, wholesale, retail, PR, influencer, UGC, and creative/brand/video Own the master marketing calendar for campaigns, launches, key dates, and cross-functional milestones Run weekly cross-functional marketing syncs, including agendas, decisions, owners, recaps, and follow-through Flag risks, manage escalations, and prevent projects from stalling Build scalable workflows and intake processes in Wrike Partner with Marketing Analytics to build and maintain dashboards and reporting Coordinate reporting needs, consolidate inputs, and provide leadership visibility into performance Monitor marketing metrics and surface trends, anomalies, and actionable insights Track competitor activity and relevant industry shifts Coordinate vendor and partner onboarding, NDAs, SOWs, invoicing, and purchase orders Manage contract and legal review workflows between marketing, legal, and vendors Support budget tracking and reconciliation with marketing leadership and Finance Track vendor deliverables, flag issues, and elevate proactively Manage the VP of Marketing & Demand Gen's calendar and meeting preparation Coordinate priorities with the VP of Brand & Creative and senior marketing leaders Create executive and senior leadership decks from multiple stakeholder inputs Organize marketing assets in Bynder Document and maintain repeatable processes Manage team communication, file management, and collaboration through Microsoft 365 Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements Requirements 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a senior marketing coordination role Experience ideally in a consumer brand, DTC, or fast-paced e-commerce environment Ability to manage complex, cross-functional marketing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Hands-on experience with Wrike or comparable project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Jira Familiarity with Bynder or similar DAM platforms Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and the broader Office suite Comfort working with marketing data and performance reporting Experience coordinating vendor relationships, contracts, and logistics across multiple partners Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience Ability to work with senior leadership, sensitive contracts, budgets, and vendor negotiations with professionalism and confidentiality Understanding of paid media, email, influencer, creative production, and retail channels Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing complex marketing operations and project management, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, performance reporting, and process improvement.
