What We Expect From You:
- Strong organizational and detailed-oriented skills with excellent time management.
- Proven ability to effectively assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Superior interpersonal skills for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and communicating with patients and families.
- Skilled delegation and leadership abilities to supervise and support OR staff.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and privacy standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
- Certification in a clinical specialty area such as perioperative nursing or surgical technology.
- Leadership experience or prior supervision in a surgical setting.
- Experience working with robotic surgical systems like DaVinci.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2+ years of OR experience, including specialties such as Orthopedics, ENT, Plastics, or Robotics.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM in a 24/7 hospital environment.
- Physical ability to perform heavy work, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Continuous compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
