Job Title Production Operator Company Location based upon experience Job Description & Requirements Job Description Responsible for the operation of the ethanol plant Learn all facets of the ethanol process including: cook, distillation,evaporation, centrifuges, grain system, and water treatment. Maintain self-awareness on safety issues and requirements and report anysafety concerns immediately to a supervisor or manager Monitors and controls plant operations, which includes reviewing productionand quality, anticipating and solving problems in a timely manner andidentifying opportunities for improvement Monitor and adjust on the (DCS) computer according to the results of thesamples and to keep within parameters and record changes Keep operators, coming on shift, briefed on what has happened and what issupposed to be done during the next shift.
