Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (International Plaza - Tampa, FL)

Overview Fabletics is seeking a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our InternationalPlaza store in Tampa, FL. The role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations. The Sales Lead reports directly to the Store Manager. Responsibilities Actively engage customers by providing knowledge of product fabrics, features, fit, and function. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations. Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates and meet/exceed individual and team performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager. Maintain merchandising guidelines to create a seamless shopping journey. Participate in continuous improvement by providing feedback to the Store Manager. Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serve as a resource for product knowledge to all customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Maintain safety and security standards and communicate potential issues. Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes weight 10‑30 lbs). Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus. Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, etc.). Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively in large teams and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and willingness to take initiative. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Strong communication skills and a self‑motivated, team‑building approach. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and work well under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays. Must be 18 years of age or older. Willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule.
