Job Summary Marketing Communications Specialist – We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role involves working across multiple platforms to craft a cohesive company voice and execute marketing strategies, track campaign performance, and stay abreast of industry trends. Responsibilities Work across numerous platforms to fulfill the marketing team’s goals and objectives. Plan, schedule, and manage company‑specific social media content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. Track marketing campaign progress and objectives by monitoring performance metrics, trends, and engagement. Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the message and vision of the company are communicated accurately. Oversee and support a graphic design team of three. Develop fresh design concepts that align with company goals. Assist with planning and/or attending company events, tradeshows, or conferences as needed. Qualifications Strong data analysis skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage and prioritize projects and deadlines. Familiarity with graphic design tools. Familiarity with social media marketing and basic SEO principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and video editing software.
