Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Management

Located in Syracuse, New York , Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our dynamic nursing management team!

Job Summary:

We are seeking two exceptional Registered Nurses to join our leadership team: an Assistant Director of Nursing and a Nurse Unit Manager. Both positions are responsible for leading, developing, organizing, and overseeing nursing administrative tasks and working alongside the interdisciplinary team to provide the highest quality of care and services to our residents. As a leader on our team, you will be responsible for directing and supervising the clinical operations of a 60-bed unit and ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Active New York State Registered Nurse License

• ACLS and/or CHPN preferred

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation, long-term care or related healthcare setting (recommended, but not required) - New graduates encouraged to apply!

Physical Requirements:
