Maintenance Associate
FieldBridge Energy seeks a Maintenance Associate to work for one of the world's largest oilfield services companies. This position is based in Bartlesville, OK. Weekly pay + benefits.
Pay / Schedule: $23/hr. M-F | 10 hr shifts | 10AM-8:30PM. Great opportunity for OT if you want more hours! At 55 hours per week for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,437 gross.

This is a great entry point into the energy sector — you'll work alongside experienced technicians, learn the equipment, and grow your skills in a structured, safety-focused environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Performing maintenance, inspection, and basic repair tasks on industrial equipment under the guidance of senior technicians
- Following maintenance procedures and checklists to ensure equipment is ready for on-time delivery
- Accurately documenting maintenance activities and equipment data in company systems
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts on the shop floor
What We're Looking For:
- Some hands-on mechanical experience — shop, manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or similar
- Comfortable using hand tools and following technical procedures
- Detail-oriented — you take accurate notes and don't cut corners
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Any experience with pumps, motors, or rotating equipment is a plus (not required)
$23 per hour
