This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive. Our goal is to improve service delivery to your clients with Saturday availability.Apply today at threebirdsonemission.com/careers!About the RoleAs a Saturday-only Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) at Eyas Landing, you will provide occupational therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through:Providing individualized therapyImplementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integrationCollaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workersDocumenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of careCompensationCompetitive Hourly Rate: $35-40/hourSchedule & LocationDates: August-OctoberSchedule: Saturdays 9:00am - 2:30pmProviders must work the full shift 9:00am-2:30pm (unless first or last session canceled, can also clock out if client canceled)Providers must commit to 3, 4 or 5-month period.
