Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
• Eligibility to practice in Arizona
• Current knowledge of school-based best practices
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Experience in K-12 settings preferred, but enthusiastic candidates eager to make an impact are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services directly to students in-person, addressing individual education plans (IEPs) and supporting diverse learning needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to create effective strategies for student success
• Monitor student progress, document sessions, and update plans as necessary
• Provide training and resources to school staff regarding OT interventions and accessibility
• Contribute to promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment throughout the school year
