This is a hybrid position based out of Chicago, Oak Brook, or Deerfield, IL. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Support Obtain financial statements and data from clients and advisors Review case notes, process correspondence, maintain client case files Handle account inquiries and ensure compliance requirements Proposal and Case Preparation Prepare proposals for financial advisor meeting Prepare advisory annual reviews and investment/advisory proposals Prepare investment policy statements and asset allocation analysis Recommend fund portfolio options and retirement account allocation suggestions Deliver SEC Reg BI disclosures Processing Accounts Prepare documents for e-Signature and processing checks accordingly Confirm new accounts, discuss rollover opportunities, and prepare for annual reviews Process proposal amendments Execute buy/sell orders and rebalancing orders Process/Monitor funding of advisory accounts and asset transfers Client Services Create advisory product solutions and related services for client Process client redemptions and withdrawals Discuss tax consequences, costs and advisory fees with client Perform account follow-ups and cashiering functions as necessary Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
