Location: Annapolis, MD

Pay: $60K–$90K Salary + Commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
Experience Required: 3+ Years Automotive Management or Service Leadership

What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop Your Team

Hire, train, and mentor service advisors and technicians
Foster a positive, productive, and accountable work environment
Inspire professional growth and high performance

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

Manage daily shop workflow, scheduling, and staffing
Oversee inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships
Ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

Build strong relationships with customers
Resolve concerns quickly and maintain customer satisfaction
Uphold a reputation for trust, transparency, and reliability

Drive Sales & Performance

Monitor KPIs and shop metrics
Achieve revenue and profitability goals
Optimize service opportunities while maintaining integrity

Be a Community Leader

Represent AutoStream Car Care Center in Annapolis, MD
Build partnerships and enhance the store’s local presence
Help grow customer loyalty and community engagement

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of automotive management or service leadership experience
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with shop management software and operational reporting
Ability to manage budgets, workflow, and performance metrics
Passion for cars and delivering exceptional service
