As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between offer and success. You’ll guide doctors and healthcare professionals through the onboarding process, ensuring documentation is complete, transitions are smooth, and every new hire feels supported from the start. What You’ll Be Doing: Facilitating onboarding for doctors joining U.S. healthcare organizations. Managing documentation, card issuance, and internal forms for new hires. Providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition experience. Collaborating with HR and recruitment teams to optimize onboarding workflows. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all actions comply with company policies What You Bring to the Table: Proficiency in English (B2+ level) – clear and professional communication is essential. Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or recruitment roles. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A supportive, solution-focused approach to helping new hires navigate the process.
