Responsibilities Make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri‑chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms and extinguishers. Change filters on HVAC equipment. Carries, lifts and stocks supplies. Assume Maintenance supervisor's responsibilities in their absence.
