Recruiter

We're partnering with a well-established, national real estate organization to identify a Recruiter to join their growing team. This role will support a high-volume portfolio focused primarily on hiring for hourly, site-level positions across multiple properties. This is a fast-paced environment where success is driven by urgency, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. What you'll be doing: Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles (primarily hourly positions) Partner with hiring managers to provide updates, insights, and candidate flow Maintain accurate, organized activity within an ATS (notes, scheduling, communication) Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple markets What we're looking for: ~3+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume/hourly preferred) Strong ATS experience Experience recruiting for hourly populations Background in real estate, property management, or related industries is a plus This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team in a stable, mission-driven environment with strong internal benchmarks and mentorship.
