Bilingual Medical Office Care Coordinator

Description Recovia, LLC is seeking a BILINGUAL CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR for our Clinic Hub in Midtown Phoenix.

1. This is NOT a remote position.
2. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
3. Must have experience working in a Medical Clinic Office as part of the backoffice staff, i.e. Receptionist, Insurance Verification, Medical Administration, etc.
4. Hours are M-F, from 9:30am - 6:30pm.

Requirements Requirements Proven experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting, preferably within outpatient. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medical administrative procedures. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse patient populations. Experience with medical office software, electronic health records, and scheduling systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and team members.
