Job Description
We are seeking a Design Engineer to support engineering design and development activities, including CAD modeling, drawing creation, layout development, and technical issue resolution.
Responsibilities
-
Develop and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA V5 and V6 .

Develop feasible layouts and resolve design-related issues.
-
Support drawing and layout updates and issue resolution.
-
Manage BOM cost and weight targets.
-
Work with suppliers and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
-
Review existing CAD data, engineering standards, and guidelines.
-
Evaluate technical proposals and support supplier-related activities.
-
Prepare technical documentation and reports.
-
Manage multiple projects and make engineering decisions with moderate supervision.
-
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.

5 10 years of relevant engineering/design experience.
-
Strong hands-on experience with CATIA V5 and V6 .
-
Experience creating and modifying 3D models and 2D drawings .
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
-
Strong technical writing and communication skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint .
Preferred: Automotive engineering/design experience.
