Looking for a stable manufacturing opportunity with a consistent first-shift schedule? We're seeking a Furnace Operator to join a growing team! Location: Manchester, CT
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour
What You'll Do:
- Operate and monitor industrial furnaces following safety and production standards
- Load and unload materials into furnaces
- Monitor temperatures and maintain accurate production records
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Work closely with the production team to ensure quality and efficiency
What We're Looking For:
- Manufacturing or heat-treat experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently while maintaining production standards
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
