Job Description Job Description We are seeking a versatile and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This individual will be the go-to person for a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance. Diagnose problems and perform repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner. Conduct regular inspections of the premises for safety, upkeep, and preventive maintenance. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required. Assist with the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations. Qualifications: Proven maintenance experience with a strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent; a Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is a plus.
