Job Details

As a PM on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned projects-including new construction, renovations, and upgrades-ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations. This role manages schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong customer relationships and financial performance.

MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years of project management experience within the BAS/HVAC Controls space
• 5+ years of experience in the Building automation/HVAC Controls industry
• Experience with one or more of the major BAS platforms (JCI, Siemens, ALC, Schneider Electric, Distech, etc.)

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Honeywell, JCI, Siemens, or Trane
• Experience with Tridium Niagara N4
