Screen Printer Machine Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Screen Printer Machine Operator for a company based in Largo, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure success in the daily operation throughout a large printing/promotional company.
Pay Rate
$15.50 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 2:45pm to 11:15 pm
Screen Printer Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and operate semi-automatic screen-printing equipment according to production requirements.
- Review job orders and prepare inks, screens, and materials for each print run.
- Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration throughout production.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, machine adjustments, and routine equipment cleaning.
- Record production information and follow all safety procedures.
Screen Printer Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of previous screen-printing experience.
- Experience operating semi-automatic screen-printing equipment.
- Knowledge of screen-printing inks, substrates, and production processes.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to make minor equipment adjustments.
- Ability to read and follow work orders and production specifications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Great understanding of safety standards.
