Physical Therapist - Outpatient Schedule 4x10 or 5x8 Days - No Weekends Assignment Details Length: 15 Weeks Requirements
- BLS Certification
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Experience with neuro/ortho and medically complex patients
- Charting experience with Epic
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care
