Duties:
Manage a portfolio of middle and large-market construction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies

Qualifications:
Valid active 220 FL license
They will look at a marketing person or an account executive with at least 10 years of construction experience
Construction Insurance designation(s)—or CIC—is preferred
Working knowledge of/experience with EPIC, AMS360
