1830 Chophouse Cook Position

1830 Chophouse strives to offer the highest quality in steaks and seafood sourced from the best sources available and prepared to highlight the unique flavors of each dish. Job Summary

Cooks at 1830 Chophouse are responsible for preparation of food items on their assigned station during their shift. Teamwork is essential to ensuring the food is ready in a timely manner. Cleanliness and attention to detail in food preparation are the main focus.

Responsibilities

Prep any stock needed items on your station
Prepare all ordered menu items based on the recipes provided
Help any team member who requires additional assistance
Clean up your station and any equipment used
Restock items for the next shift

Qualifications

1-3 years of previous cooking experience is preferred, not required
Basic kitchen skills including using a knife, proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures, and teamwork
Ability to read and understand a recipe
Ability to weigh and measure ingredients
Ability to stand for long periods of time

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
