About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Customer Support Admin. This opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy administrative support, account maintenance, and processing high-volume requests in a structured environment. This role works behind the scenes to support customer account updates and documentation requests without direct customer contact.

Job Description:

The Customer Support Admin will assist with processing account-related requests, updating customer records, and ensuring documentation is handled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process account maintenance requests and make updates within internal systems.
• Review and complete requests involving account changes, ownership updates, and document fulfillment.
• Verify customer information and ensure records are maintained accurately.
• Research account details and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
• Maintain thorough documentation of completed work and account activity.
• Partner with internal departments to gather information and complete requests in a timely manner.
• Prioritize workload effectively while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Adapt to changing procedures, workflows, and system enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in administrative support, banking, mortgage servicing, operations, data entry, or a related office environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven setting with changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
