Video Surveillance Systems Field Technician
Location: Philadelphia, PA
We are seeking Video Surveillance Systems Field Technicians to support a large-scale public safety and digital equity initiative involving residential video doorbell camera installations. This role is fully onsite and field-based, requiring hands-on installation, troubleshooting, resident onboarding, and documentation of deployed devices at residential locations.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience installing and servicing low-voltage systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, networking, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Experience performing safe installations using standard field tools.
- Basic Wi-Fi and networking troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical fieldwork safely.
