Video Surveillance Systems Field Technician

Location: Philadelphia, PA

We are seeking Video Surveillance Systems Field Technicians to support a large-scale public safety and digital equity initiative involving residential video doorbell camera installations. This role is fully onsite and field-based, requiring hands-on installation, troubleshooting, resident onboarding, and documentation of deployed devices at residential locations.

Required Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of hands-on experience installing and servicing low-voltage systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, networking, etc.) or equivalent experience.
2. Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
3. Experience performing safe installations using standard field tools.
4. Basic Wi-Fi and networking troubleshooting skills.
5. Strong customer service and communication skills.
6. Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally.
7. Ability to work outdoors and perform physical fieldwork safely.
