Registered Nurse Manager - Health Center

Overview Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care delivery. Coordinate clinical operations to meet organizational goals and standards. Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate medical supplies availability. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and clinical documentation accuracy. Provide direct patient care including treatments and health education. Participate in healthcare collaboratives and outreach programs. Support operational needs through flexible scheduling and site rotations. Key Responsibilities & Duties Supervise nursing staff including CMAs, LPNs, and medical clerks. Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinical operations. Monitor and reconcile clinical encounters and cash receipts daily. Conduct patient triage and assist providers during examinations. Administer treatments, vaccines, and medications under provider orders. Prepare and submit reports to the Director of Nursing regularly. Audit patient charts for documentation accuracy and compliance. Participate in clinical outreach and community health initiatives. Job Requirements Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program. Active New Jersey RN license and current CPR certification. Minimum 3 years of ambulatory care experience, preferably in FQHC settings. Supervisory experience in ambulatory or acute care settings preferred. Proficiency in EHR systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
