Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney in Boston, MA. The role involves providing legal advice on employment matters under state and federal law, supporting clients in various HR-related areas, and managing litigation processes. Duties Provide employment law advice and prepare or review employment-related documents. Support clients in Human Resources, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and HR Compliance. Execute all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial. Monitor legislation, regulations, and case law to provide strategic advice. Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff members. Organize and monitor client files effectively. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience as an attorney in employment law. Experience with client/employer advice and counseling is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate and support a fast-paced department. Proficient in managing time and resources effectively. Skilled at meeting strict deadlines under pressure.
