Labor and Employment Associate

Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate with 3-6 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for a position in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience in OSHA compliance, enforcement, and related litigation, including management of on-site inspections and agency interactions. Responsibilities Manage OSHA compliance and enforcement matters. Conduct on-site inspections and interact with agencies. Engage in litigation, including depositions, discovery, and motion practice. Collaborate on case strategy and management. Requirements 3-6 years of OSHA, MSHA, Environmental, and Whistleblower experience. Litigation experience preferred. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Admission to the State Bar or ability to waive in. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
