A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join its growing Employment Practice in Boston.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team representing employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including litigation, workplace counselling, discrimination, retaliation, wage & hour matters, and day-to-day employment advice. The successful candidate will work on sophisticated matters while benefiting from excellent career progression within a nationally recognised practice.

Requirements
- 3+ years of Labor & Employment experience.
- Experience representing employers in employment litigation and workplace counselling.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent client management and communication abilities.
- Active Massachusetts Bar licence or eligibility for admission.
