Labor amp Employment Associate Mid-Level

Job Overview. A law firm seeks a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate to join its Boston office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in employment-related litigation, advice, and counseling. Duties Handle employment‑related litigation and provide advice and counseling. Draft and review employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements. Advise on wage and hour compliance, including classifications and general compliance. Conduct leave of absence and policy reviews. Support corporate transactions as needed. Requirements 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Active member of the Massachusetts bar. Experience with corporate transactions preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Massachusetts bar membership. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
