Project Coordinator II

Managing accessibility audits and coordinating with internal teams, the full-time Project Coordinator II will oversee the audit program's compliance with WCAG standards while working remotely on a 6-month contract basis. Key responsibilities Manage accessibility audits with third-party vendors and internal engineers, ensuring timely completion of audits and Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) Facilitate demo sessions between product teams and external auditors, coordinating the scope and timelines of audits Utilize modern AI applications to streamline program management duties and improve operational efficiency Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume matrixed organization Experience coordinating compliance-related projects with external vendors and managing Purchase Agreements Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern AI tools for program management Knowledge of product accessibility compliance and familiarity with WCAG standards Experience with accessibility audit processes, including demo coordination and vendor management
