Human Resources Director

My client is in significant growth mode and is looking to add a Director of Human Resources to be responsible for the strategic leadership, oversight, and operational management of their Human Resources functions across all departments. Will oversee all areas of Human Resources, including operations, employee relations, payroll, benefits, total rewards, talent management, compliance, and organizational development. MUST have prior Professional Service industry experience. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Drive recruiting strategies to attract high-demand professionals, partnering with department leads to fill specialized roles. Organizational Development: Design and implement career progression frameworks and continuous learning programs. Performance Management: Lead annual review cycles and goal-setting processes tailored to project delivery timelines Total Rewards: Oversee compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and incentive programs to remain competitive Compliance: Ensure all workplace policies adhere to federal, state, and local labor laws, including EEO regulations, workplace safety, and specific licensing requirements. HRIS Systems – Reports, Data and Analytics: Utilize HRIS and other tools to track HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights to support HR decision-making and may support selection and implementation of new ATS and other systems Employee Relations: Advise and coach leadership on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and fostering a collaborative, innovative workplace culture. Experience A proven track record of at least 15+ years in Human Resources with a minimum of 5+ years in a Management role. Experience in professional services organization (Legal, Engineering, Architecture, Accounting) preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
