Compensation $45.00/hr - $60.00/hr Schedule Mon – Fri. 40 hours per week, overtime as needed. Benefits Company paid Medical Company paid Dental Company paid emergent medical transport program Life Insurance 401K with company match Paid PTO Bonus programs, for eligible positions Company Vehicle and Gas Card, for eligible positions Responsibilities Provide customer orientation, service, repair, installation, and/or propose replacement of plumbing components, accessories, and equipment, including but not limited to clogged drains, leaky pipes, toilets, faucets, water heaters, fixtures, valves, bathtubs, showers, water services, sewer mains, sump, ejector, and/or effluent pumps, septic systems/fields, disposals, water purifiers, and recirculation systems. Provide onsite plumbing system diagnostic based upon the initial request and a full inspection of the property’s plumbing system. Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise during an installation to ensure proper function and customer satisfaction. Communicate to the client the benefits of the recommendations, risks involved in failing to perform repairs, benefits of a service agreement, and proper operation and owner’s maintenance of installed equipment; answer related questions as to operation, features, and functions. Communicate with Supervisor throughout each project to ensure proper, prompt completion of the job; communicate effectively with associates, superiors, vendors, and customers in person, by phone, and by email. Perform required documentation for each installation with a complete startup record; have clients sign necessary paperwork and collect payments as directed. Understand and properly use the Flat rate pricing system in making recommendations. Determine customer satisfaction with follow-up on all installation/services sold. Maintain a good working knowledge of company products and services, general construction knowledge, and how the company operates to benefit the customer; engage in continuous learning through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, independent study, and other employees. Accurately list/order materials and supplies; manage time and schedules efficiently. Be computer literate as necessary and familiar with smartphones, text messaging, and email. Understand client needs; maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance; work safely and recognize dangerous situations. Be adaptable to changing work schedules; participate in the on-call rotation for emergencies, after hours, weekend and holiday service requests. Demonstrate motivation, attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, problem solving, urgency, flexibility, and follow-through; maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid and insurable driver’s license with clean driving record. Current Oregon Journeyman or Phased Supervision license required. Verifiable work history and references.
