Senior Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Project Coordinator. This role requires a local candidate who can work onsite in Mount Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in data analysis and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in project coordination or a related field.
- Ability to effectively and comfortably communicate with senior executives.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and design skills for documentation and presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and data analysis skills to produce graphs and charts.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation.
- Experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Jira, MS List, SharePoint, and Adobe Professional.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
- Experience in creating forms, charts, and graphs inside of JIRA.
- Strong analytical reporting skills for projects and production updates.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create learning and project decks for senior management, designing visually compelling slides.
- Coordinate project status for various projects and keep track of updates.
- Help project managers monitor project progress and provide updates to senior technical and business management.
- Schedule meetings, document proceedings, and generate reports.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members keep their project updates current.
- Create templates for various presentations and documents.
- Review and update the Business Continuity Plan while understanding the recovery strategies and processes involved.
